How do I create a guild?
Reach level 10 and then tap the Guild icon on the main HUD. You'll need 500 Gold Doubloons to found a new guild.
I can't connect to the game servers.
Check your internet connection and ensure the App is up to date. Server status is announced on our website and social channels during maintenance windows.
I lost items after a game update.
If you believe items were lost due to a bug rather than gameplay, please contact us with your in-game username and the approximate date of the loss.
How do I report another player for inappropriate behaviour?
Tap the player's name in-game, then tap 'Report'. Our moderation team reviews all reports within 48 hours.
